Minneapolis Meeting Rooms
Nicollet Ballroom
With more than 13,000 square feet of stylish meeting space, this is the grandest ballroom at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.  Large enough to accommodate 80 full size exhibit booths, 900 guests in a classroom setting or 1,600 in a theater-style, this room can also be divided into smaller rooms to suit your meeting needs.  The Ballroom Promenade includes 5,750 square feet and works well for registration, coffee breaks, or receptions.

Boardroom
Featuring colorful artwork, luxurious leather chairs, and audiovisual, our executive boardroom is perfect for smaller, private meetings for up to fourteen guests.  Host a VIP breakfast meeting or regroup with event organizers in this comfortable, contemporary setting.

Greenway Ballroom
On our second level, we offer another exquisite ballroom for your meeting or event with almost 9,000 square feet.  Set up a trade show with up to 54 booths or a training session for more than 600 students in this flexible space.  This modern room can satisfy all your unique needs as a whole or split into sections for smaller break-out sessions.

Skyway Suite
With almost 1,300 total square feet, this decorative suite comfortably accommodates 100 guests for a banquet or reception.  Split the suite in half for more intimate occasions, such as a leisurely brunch or evening cocktails.

Northwoods Room
Conveniently located on the second floor, this versatile room features hardwood floors, a built-in full service bar, restrooms, and private entry way. With two distinct sertions, this unique venue is ideal for your reception and dinner for 130 guests.
Lake of the Isles / Lake Calhoun / Cedar Lake / Lake Minnetonka / Lake Nokomis / Lake Superior / Prior Lake
Floor to ceiling windows facing Nicollet Mall and the downtown skyline make these fifth floor meeting rooms very desirable for business guests.  Break your guests into groups for training or brainstorming sessions in these seven, side-by-side rooms.  Ranging from 400 to 2,800 square feet, these welcoming rooms can accommodate from 40 to 250 people and can be arranged to meet your requirements.
