To make planning at our Minneapolis wedding reception site easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating options with your choice of 5’ rounds that can comfortably seat eight people or 6’ rounds that can accommodate up to ten people.

Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your space. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Additional deposits can be reviewed with your Wedding Specialist. The total estimated balance will be due (7) seven business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guests. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage charges listed in menus are subject to a service charge and state sales tax unless otherwise stated.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
