Wedding Details
Every wedding - no matter how large or small - involves many details to be looked after.  To make planning at our Minneapolis wedding reception site easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.   
  
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating options with your choice of 5’ rounds that can comfortably seat eight people or 6’ rounds that can accommodate up to ten people.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-Visual equipment
Our onsite audio-visual expert can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Valet and self-parking options are available for your guests.


Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your space. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received.  Additional deposits can be reviewed with your Wedding Specialist. The total estimated balance will be due (10) ten business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guests. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage charges listed in menus are subject to a service charge and state sales tax unless otherwise stated.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
